Pilates is a method of exercise used for rehabilitation, sports training, and personal fitness since the 1920’s. Controlled movements made with attention to detail throughout the movement improve balance, strength, and stability. These exercises can be tailored and targeted to address specific issues and modified to benefit people of all conditions and ages. I add in other techniques for recovery work, training, and custom class building as needed.
In the studio there is a PILATES REFORMER -this an apparatus developed and used in variations since the 1920’s-a versatile machine that supports and challenges your work.
